TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. The competition will run from 1 May – 25 May 2011. The winner will be drawn on 31 May 2011.

2. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.

3. Prizes exclude any other expenses incurred by winning participants when participating in the competitions.

4. This competition is open to residents of South Africa only. Winners will be notified using the contact information that they've submitted in the form.

5. The winner will be selected in a random draw.

6. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. This competition is open to all LEGIT readers, except the employees, directors, members, partners, agents or consultants of Edcon (Pty) Limited and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies, as well as the family members, consultants, directors and associates of such organizations and persons.

8. By entering the competition entrants are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions stated above.
