Would you like to change the way you pay your account, increase your credit limit, or report a lost card? Read on!
Ways to pay
You can pay your account installment at a till point at any of these stores: Jet, Jet Mart, Edgars, CNA, Prato or Boardmans stores nationwide. To make payment quick and easy, take along your Jet card and statement.
Alternatively, you can pay by debit order. Phone 0860 113 639, or visit your nearest store for information.
To pay by postal order, send the retittance advice on your statement tot he address on our statement. Never send cash.
Lastly, you can pay by using your bank ATM (automatic teller machine). You can use these banks: FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank and Nedbank. Please note that there is a one to five day delay for us to be paid by your bank when you use this option.
Your credit limit
If your payments are up to date, your credit limit wil be automatically reviewed and increased on a regular basis. If you are not happy with your credit limit, please call us toll-free on 0860 11 36 39 to ask for an increase before you go shopping, to avoid delays at the till points.
Reporting a lost card
If your legit account card has been stolen, report it by calling:
