COMPETITION RULES & CONDITIONS
1. All competitions on Legit.co.za are open to site users, who are 16 years of age or older, except directors, partners, agents, consultants and employees of Edcon (Pty) Limited (“Edcon”), their immediate families, and Edcon’s advertising and promotions agencies and associated companies.
2. By entering any competition on Legit.co.za, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and conditions of the competition.
3. Winners will be notified by email or telephone.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
6. Prizes exclude any other expenses incurred by winning participants when participating in the competitions.
7. Competitions close on the last day of the month.
8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Legit.co.za reserves the right to make media announcements and/or publications about competition winners.
10. If the winners are uncontactable (due to incorrect details provided ), their prizes will be forfeited after 12 months.
11. Competitions are open to residents of Botswana, Namibia and South Africa only.
