Returns & Refunds

Customers may, within 30 days from the day they receive their delivery, return the item to their nearest LEGiT store.

We will gladly exchange the goods or, refund the goods by reversing the transaction on a LEGiT account card, issuing a cash refund or giving a refund in the form of a Gift card for PayJustNow and Mobicred orders.

We encourage customers to return their items to their nearest LEGiT store to receive an immediate exchange or refund, alternatively if they need your item collected, please contact our Customer Service team on 031 010 0006 for further assistance.

I'm so disappointed

The material is awesome I can rate the skirt 10/10

I bought some items online my order number is ‪..... when I fit those items I only find out that the Pleated skirt cream size 14 it's small.
I go to festival Mall for exchange there was no size that I want, I ask for refund the Gal who was helping me call the manager because I use payjustnow to pay my order she was not aware with the procedure if you use justpaynow then she called her manager, the manager says the refund it's only a gift card.

How must I receive a gift card while I have to pay my payjustnow? I don't want a gift card I want a refund cash or they return money to my payjustnow. And they failed me. While on their policy they wrote that I can get cash refund or gift card.

I called customer care services the customer care said for me to receive refund I have to reply on the email with 2 pictures of the item and my address I did so on Sunday still now I'm still waiting.

Your online service or returning procedures is very much poor. I'm so disappointed.
