REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We’re committed to making sure you get the full LEGiT experience.

That’s great quality and even better prices for you!

We will gladly exchange or refund any item purchased from LEGiT, provided that:

  • You have a valid proof of purchase in the form of the original till slip
  • It is within 30 days of purchase
  • The original price ticket is still attached
  • The item is unworn and unused
  • For quality related returns the item must be within 6 months of purchase, a quality assessment may be required. Proof of purchase is required.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange/refund jewelry. Underwear, swimwear or body suits.
