Too small but correct size

I would suggest sizing up. I bought the blue jean a few months ago and wanted to try the black but this did not even go over my knees, so they are not the same make as website suggests. I am a 32 normally and this fit my sister who wears a 28 and 30, waist is also very small. Looks good but I also don't like the smell of the jean.
